Registration / Platform Charges
The one-time platform charge paid at the time of registration is non-refundable, as it covers administrative and processing costs incurred to confirm your registration.
Cancellation
Once a registration is submitted and payment is completed, it cannot be cancelled for a refund. Please review your details carefully before making the payment.
Failed or Duplicate Payments
If your payment was debited but your registration was not confirmed, or if you were charged more than once for the same registration, the excess or erroneous amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 working days after verification. Please contact us with your payment reference for assistance.
